How long have you been training yet?
Unfortunately, I do not know for sure, but I guess, for about 4-5 years, where I was due to my many trips, appointments and injuries sometimes more and sometimes less training. (Fitness, Exercise, Diet, Healthy meal)
What made you decide to start training?
A good friend took me to “McFIT” and it was fun right away. I often went along to train and finally dared to go to the studio alone. Fully motivated, I then began to research the right training and the associated diet, and was thus able to quickly see the first positive results. In the meantime, fitness has become an integral part of my life.
Where did you get your knowledge about training and nutrition?
After I decided to turn my hobby into a profession, I trained as a trainer. Most of my knowledge, however, I have acquired by research or even try it myself. (Fitness, Exercise, Diet, Healthy meal)
What is your current body data?
- Height: 156cm
- Weight: 47kg
- Measurements: 104- 54 – 89
How often a week do you currently train? And after which split or training system?
I train my muscles 4 times a week and split as follows:
- Legs & butt
- Shoulders & stomach
Since I currently reduce my weight/fat content for a TV appearance, I try to do cardio in addition to my daily routine and strength training, even 4 times a week in the morning. Otherwise, I like to express an eye in endurance sports.
Do you have a favorite exercise?
My absolute favorite exercise is “Seitheben”.
What does your diet look like in the construction or definition phase?
If the definition of my body is going to be very fast, I try to stick to the LowCarb system. Otherwise, almost always building is announced for me. No fun, but I love food! I do not force myself to stick to a precise plan if I simply do not feel like it today. Luckily I have a very good fat burning.

What’s your favorite meal?
My favorite meal is “Tiroler Gröstl” (potatoes cooked and fried with bacon and fried egg). At heart, I am just a “farmer” * laughing *.
Do you also take supplements to you? If yes, which?
L-carnitine and whey protein isolate are a must for me. Every now and then, as needed, I also take vitamins and fish oil.
Which muscle group would you call your “weakness”?
My butt, but it will be, it just needs a little patience. We women are often dissatisfied with our rump.

Has fitness/bodybuilding changed you or your life?
Yes, it has changed my life very much. I have become much more confident and mentally stronger. In my life, a lot is about sports, both privately and professionally.
Do you have a role model?
I answer this question always the same: only you yourself should be a role model! To look at someone or to be like another person will, in my opinion, get you off your own path. There are countless inspiring celebrities, but I’m a role model myself!

Where do you see yourself in the future? Do you still have specific goals or have you already achieved them? Are you planning to take part in stage competitions?
At the moment I have not planned to compete on the stage with other athletes, although this “experiment” would be very tempting. If I have a lot of time to prepare for the competition, I might do it, but currently, I have no great plans for my future in the field of sports. At the moment I see it as my duty to work in the current political situation, as an honorary aid organization for the disadvantaged among us. I spend all my free time either in the studio or there.
What tips would you give to female beginners?
It is important to be patient. We often give up too quickly and are undisciplined. In addition, you should find a confidant who helps you to pursue your goals and to motivate you.
